  1. Prototype and Demonstration Status

This website, including all subdomains (including but not limited to demo.liquidacii.com / app.liquidacii.com), platforms, user interfaces, calculations, and digital mockups (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), is a proprietary prototype developed for demonstration, user-experience testing, and market validation purposes only.

The Platform is owned and operated by Vinayak Savanur (Founder & Promoter). The corporate entity Winpreeth Wealthcare Tech Private Limited is currently under the process of incorporation with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India. All rights, liabilities, and intellectual properties displayed herein shall automatically vest with the corporate entity immediately upon formal incorporation.

  1. No Financial, Investment, or Legal Advice

The Platform provides simulated automated wealth diagnostics, asset mapping tools, liquidity structures, and financial tracking frameworks based on hypothetical scenarios and user-inputted mock data.

  • Not an Advisory/Brokerage Service: The information, calculations, and metrics generated by this Platform do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
  • No Regulated Activities: This Platform does not offer portfolio management services, investment advisory services as defined under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, nor does it operate as a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) or lending institution regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
  • User Discretion: Users are strongly advised to consult with a certified financial planner, licensed investment advisor, or legal professional before making any real-world financial or investment decisions.
  1. Proprietary Rights and Intellectual Property Protection

The entire architecture, concept, operational methodology, source code, design elements, graphics, user journeys, databases, text, branding (including the marks “Winpreeth” and “Liquidacii”), and all proprietary fintech tools hosted on the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of the Founder and the upcoming corporate entity.

This protection explicitly covers, but is not limited to, the following proprietary core systems:

  • The Proprietary “Liquidity Score” Framework: Any mathematical algorithms, data processing models, asset-mapping logic, and predictive analytics used to calculate, evaluate, or assign a quantitative liquidity rating, borrowing capacity, or alternative financing score to a user’s combined or isolated financial instruments.
  • The “Succession Vault” Architecture: The digital workflow, UI/UX structure, encrypted data storage logic, trigger protocols, and underlying software framework designed to map, manage, secure, and seamlessly transition family legacies, wealth blocks, and estate documentation across generations without disrupting asset compounding.

Strict Prohibitions and Legal Recourse

Any unauthorized copying, reverse-engineering, decompiling, reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of the Platform’s core ideas, wireframes, calculation engines, proprietary terminology, or background code—by users, visitors, data scrapers, or competing entities—is strictly prohibited.

Any infringement, plagiarism, or unauthorized cloning of the Liquidity Score analytics model or the Succession Vault system will be treated as a direct theft of trade secrets and intellectual property. The upcoming corporate entity reserves the right to pursue aggressive civil and criminal legal action under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, the Patents Act, 1970, and the Information Technology Act, 2000, including seeking immediate injunctions, punitive damages, and recovery of lost economic value.

  1. No Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an “As-Is” and “As-Available” basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data, financial calculations, or software performance.

  • No Real Transactions: The Platform does not execute live financial transactions or hold actual currency/financial instruments.
  • Limitation of Damages: Under no circumstances shall the Founder, Promoters, or the upcoming corporate entity be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses, damages, or capital shortfalls arising from the use of, or the inability to use, this demonstration platform, the Liquidity Score generator, or the Succession Vault infrastructure.
  1. Data Privacy and Mock Sandbox Environment

Any financial data, asset values, or user metrics entered into this simulation environment are treated as non-live, mock inputs. While we implement standard industry security measures to maintain platform stability, users should not upload highly sensitive, real-world personal identification credentials or confidential corporate financial statements into this demo portal or the Succession Vault interface. By using this platform, you grant us permission to analyze anonymized usage patterns purely for product refinement.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising out of or in connection with the use of this Platform or its intellectual property (including matters concerning the Liquidity Score and Succession Vault systems) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dharwad/Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
